Worst worst place to purchase anything. There is no customer service and their managers have no professionalism. Couch is under warranty, they collected it to repair sagging sides but came back more damaged then repaired. Pictures videos everything was sent to prove the issues but no responses. Once sale is done there is no other way of contacting them. I refused to accept couches with damages when they brought it back from repairs but was harassed and forced to accept it. Delivery guy literally ran away as instructed by management, leaving their sponges all over our complex.

Worst mistake I've ever made. Less then one year and the couch which we barely use is looking horrible. So we taking it further with ombudsman, lawyers etc. Do yourself a favour, stay away!

They operate as ********s with the dishonesty and not taking calls when your item is on waranty etc. Wish we could get the word out on the dishonesty and the way they operate.
