Worst customer service. I was told lies from the beginning, Newtown staff promised that the couch will be fetched from Centurion by the driver the next day and then deliver it as soon as possible. When you call them, their excuse is not being able to access their system and you are promised a call back which obviously doesn't happen. Pathetic pathetic
