The worst store ever, i have not received my Marino Couches to date, and its now almost 3 months, nobody just doesnt care, promises after promises
The worst store ever, i have not received my Marino Couches to date, and its now almost 3 months, nobody just doesnt care, promises after promises. Empty if i may add. Now when i ask for my refund they tell me i must wait for 30 days to get my full refund, some deadbeat company policy. But this is not fair, how do you make a customer wait this long for their items and fail then after you tell them of 30 days? Im really up to here with this store. Im sick and tired.

Just say when am i going to get my refund, and not in 30 days as the Bloemfontein Store has told me, because you have failed to give me the couches for the longest time now, and its so unfair that it is not my fault but yours but you telling me of 30 days refund. I have sent in my Banking details to Alex and Godfrey from Bloemfontein Branch today, and i need my money today.
