The worst customer service I’ve received

I bought Chandler corner couches beginning of Feb 2023 from Boksburg branch. I was told the couches will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. 5 weeks into the order, I send a message to check when should I expect delivery since it’s due in a week’s time. I was told that the supplier doesn’t supply Clearance Warehouse anymore, I must come to their store and choose other couches. Meaning I must wait another 4 to 6 weeks. I told them I was not interested and I need a refund only to be told they will process my refund after I apply for a refund which MIGHT be paid in 31 days. The attitude of the salesperson and the branch manager gave me I DO NOT CARE vibes, I could tell they’ve done this a million times to a lot of people. Based on the reviews I’m seeing here, they are not telling the truth and they are not ashamed of it.
