the worst!!

Such *********** service providers. Every week I'm told I will get my bed next week. I has been six weeks even though they said their lead time is 2 - 3 weeks. Just called them now and guess what?? they said my bed will be delivered next week. I told them I want to be refunded and after being put through, the phone just rang on the other side until it went to voicemail.

To say I'm disappointed would be saying the least.
