The collection went smooth. I called to be informed before they arrived and they inspected the furniture. I was dissatisfied with the price drop from R3000 to R2500 but negotiated to R2600. The service was not bad at all. If you cannot find a buyer for your furniture, they give them a shout. There is also less admin as they collect themselves.
