The Bloemfontein branch is bad

The Bloemfontein branch is bad. I bought a couch and I was told I will be receiving it the same week. It's two full weeks now (going to week three) and still nothing. When you call, you will be lucky if the phone is answered. If they do answer your will be told about phantom truck that will be arrive soon with goods from Gauteng to Bloemfontein. The truck never arrives.
