I just want to thank Sharon of clearance warehouse for the marvelous effort and energy she puts into my complaint. I bought a lounge set and it got sinking in after 3 months. For over 1 year, I was sending in complaint and got no result. The first week I contact her was when the intervention came and my whole 3 sets Couche was replaced under a week. This is a super staff.
