Terrible service

Bought items on the 20th of November, sakes person shaneel insisted that you go anf and give him a 5 star rating on google, thereafter when you call for your items everyone just passes the problem out to the next person, after waiting a month i get told that they mixed up the orders and that they don't have the items i requested. I know am calling for a refund and everyone just once again passes me on to the next person but no one will tel me wgen i will get my money this is like a **** were they have just taken my money and no one can identify what is going on. Im wasting my airtime, my time and energy with these guys but i will not rest till they refund me. Don't be fooled by purchasing from this company coz once the money leaces your account the service is pathetic
