Terrible experience

Very poor service I'm receiving from Clearance Warehouse. On the 5th of January Clearance Warehouse delivered wrong couches at my place, and the delivery guys refused to take them back, they said I must speak to their customer service. I contacted customer service and they promised that they will exchange them, up until today I'm still waiting. They are now not even responding to my emails. All I want now is for them to come and fetch their couches and refund me my money. I will never ever buy anything from them ever again 😡
