******** and mislead by Clearance warehouse

Unbelievably ******** and mislead at clearance warehouse I never even knew that a customer could be treated this Bad. It's simply unbelievable; I was assisted by Petrus 15/09/22 at the Clearance warehouse New Town. I chose a set of couches and queen size bed which amounted to r23300.00 I paid the amount on the spot. When i got home i checked the description online and found its different from what i chose. Next day i called in to enquire. Petrus agreed that it was not what i chose he asked if i can see if there is something else, I might want but there was nothing. I then requested a refund; he asked for my banking details and i sent it. I enquired about the bed he said next week. Two weeks passed no bed no refund he also didn't reply to my what's app messages. I called again he said he called back never did and the following day i called again. He then confirmed that they did not have stock for the bed. I asked him to cancel the bed as well as this situation is just to stressful and frustrating, and I don't trust what he says anymore. It seems like he keeps on selling furniture the store clearly does not have. He asked for my banking details again and i sent it. It's getting difficult to get hold of him unless i call from a different number, every week he says Friday when i call on that Friday he says next week. I said I'll be sending a complaint Petrus said go ahead. I don't know if I'll ever get my money back. Whish i never walked into that store.
