<div>Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse with this store, we purchased a couch which was due to be delivered after 2 weeks, which the date of final payment was the 12/01/2023 but 2 weeks later still no couch. After I wrote the first review, I was told that metter was going to be handled as soon as possible, instead when the call center manager (Crosby) called us, he just wanted to defend the sales consultant who **** to us on our initial encounter and couldn't care less about what their customers we saying, moreover told us that what we had wanted was not going to happen instead things will be done on their terms. He even went as far as telling us that this reviews comes straight to him so meaning we still complaining on deaf ears. Crosby gave us a time line of 2 weeks for couch to be available to us, and that in the meantime he would call us and give an update on production but it's 2 weeks later, no call has been made and we still do not have a couch. So I guess giving false information is a norm at clearance werehouse Africa because one cannot struggle this much with getting goods that have been fully paid off.</div>
