So disappointed and hurt, full of regret.

My husband and I bought a couche, a bed and a bed frame at clearance warehouse in boksburg on the 11th Jan 2021. The couches and the bed were delivered the next day on the 12th only to find that the couch had cuts here and there. I laid my complaint the next day on the 13th where I was basically told by the guy who supposedly inspected the couch (his name is Malcom) before loading it in the truck that the couch was fine there was absolutely nothing wrong with it however he will forward my complaint to their customer service. Up till this day I haven't heard from them, no customer service has phoned me, no Malcom has phoned me to give me feedback not even the consultant who helped me when I was making the purchase has phoned me (his name is David). Today marks exactly 14 days since I laid my complain. I'm so disappointed by this, all our savings to buy these things though it clearly means nothing to them but it is so much more to us as we worked so hard to save up for these things. I'm so hurt and deeply disappointed. I regret everything.
