Shocking service and terrible quality

Shocking service from clearance warehouse! Purchased couches in December.. When the couch arrived it was torn at the back. I immediately informed veloshni from Springfield branch who promised to get back to me Veloshni has sent me from pillar to post, making up stories of how she most her phone and our messages disappeared and would ask me to resend my complaints and then. she would be silent again and later blame it on her phone!!
