SHOCKING SERVICE

If it were possible, I would give Clearance Warehouse Africa zero stars. Their service is absolutely PATHETIC! Our order was placed on 8 November with delivery scheduled for 20 November. No one informed us about rescheduling of the delivery, After contacting the logistics department, we were informed that the order had not even been placed yet. Now, a month after the initial order was placed, we have been informed that the order HAS STILL NOT BEEN PLACED. This is absolutely ridiculous. How do you even service customers??? We have given our contact details on Facebook and are still waiting for a representative to phone. Keep the power of word of mouth in mind...
