Shocking customer service

I bought a lounge suite from the Boksburg branch early March. Upon delivery, their delivery guys damaged the daybed badly and had to take it back. I have been struggling since then to get assistance. I requested a refund two weeks ago but get no reply. Their motto is - I dont get back to you because it makes me look stupid (that coming from an employee) I need my refund in order to buy somewhere else.....with inteest !
