Selling non existing items

I think purchasing from this store was the worse decision I ever made. I bought an item online and after two days I get a message confirming my order and that they do not have the item currently and will only deliver after 4-6 weeks. When I ask for refund because clearly they sold me something they do not even have, they say their refund takes 30 working days.
