Sad to write this after I gave an excellent review about the service received at the Bloemfontein branch. Realized after the delivery that the product delivered is actually not the color I saw at the store. Sales consultant insists it's the same color it's just the difference in light setting, claims that the natural light and downlights in the shop made the product look brighter. I received a call from their customer care and they said they are escalating the matter, it's been a month now, nothing!
