Rude disgusting dishonest employees,

I bought bed at Clearance warehouse online through payjustnow on date 30/01/2023, the following day I called to collect and I was told that it's out of stock and since I already paid, I had no choice to settle for any bed at that price which was about 3500, they only had one without legs so I decided to refund around 3/02/2023 because i been without a bed for 3days and I already paid for it,they said it will 30 working days which was very frustrating because I just moved to Bloemfontein, without a bed,during February month I kept on checking if the refund was processed and they confirmed they did send everything to payjustnow after 30 days I contacted payjustnow to find out whether they received communication about the refund, they confirmed they didn't went to the Clearance warehouse at Bloemfontein the store manager Godfrey called head office and they told him that my money will be refunded on the 15-03-23 which my money was not refunded, I called Godfrey again he said the finance manager will reverse my money straight to my account on date Friday the 24-03-2023, they did not, I called Godfrey he said he will contact them on Monday which is today and still my refund was not processed and because of the time period and the dishonesty Clearance warehouse's employee have I went to the store and told Godfrey I want my money immediately because it's clear that I have been patient with you guys and you guys failed me, took advantage of my kindness, Godfrey called the finance manager which is Renice Höft and she told Godfrey to tell me the fund will be deposited to my account this Friday and because of all the lies and broken promises Clearance warehouse employees gave me out of frustration i lost my cool and started using unfriendly words and so did Renice Hoft she said i can do whatever i want run around and still the money will only be send to my account on Friday and said **** you and then she put the phone down in my ear, i said Godfrey should give me the owners number because of the service i received from Clearance warehouse employee is unacceptable he said he is still looking for it i should wait a min so i waited i asked him who the owner is he said its Bernadette Van Merwe and gave me the same ruth lady's number who I spoke to and claimed its the owners number, I called and because I'm using true caller it a name popped up which is Renice hőft, her voice was the same person who hanged up and claimed that she never spoke to me and promised me that she will send my money immediately a email will be sent and she will cc me on it requesting the payment be done immediately, I am so disappointed in Clearance warehouse because of this experience I will advice every one to not buy from this store they do not care about their customers service
