REFUSING TO PAY MY REFUND AFTER FAILING TO DELIVER

I made my final payment on the 30th of December 2022, to date I have not received my couch nor my refund. It has been lies after lies. My couch was supposed to have been delivered 5 weeks after final payment. In March 23, 11 weeks after my last payment they went on business rescue, now they using that as an excuse to not pay my refund
