Refund

I have purcahsed a dinning suite of R 11950 online at Clearance Warehouse on the 9th of May 2022, till this day, my dinning suite has not been delivered, i have been calling non stop the consultants keep on delaying me by saying they will arrange for delivery. Devonia Zita was the first consultant whom has been in contact with me but at a later stage she could keep up with all the lies, i then requested to speak to their manager on the 11th of June 2022 whom's name is Johanri Mostert and she assured me that they will refund me , i called on Monday 13th June 2022 and she said she will get her finance dept to call me back, today 14th June, still no refund i even sent Johanri a message saying that ill bring my lawyer into this, now they dont answer my phones my husband called to find out whats happening, they told him that let her bring her lawyer
