Refund

I was sent to Godfrey, in Centurion branch. He promised me that they had stock on the dinning room suit I was looking for. When I paid they told me to wait 3 to 5 days for delivery. I waited then on day 5 I called them to find out if my delivery was still coming. Then Godfrey said to me the reason they where not saying anything is because the is no stock. Then he offers me some thing different from my order. I imagine the nerve, he doesn't apologize for not letting me aware if I had not call.no one would have bothered to say something. Is obvious He is only interested in getting commission. I the was in communication with the customer care to Tashir. Who promised that re fund would be in 5 working days. I have been trying to follow up but know one is getting back to me. I have decided that I will go to the police to open a case tomorrow. If I don't get a solid conclusion.
