Dear Layla, Crosby, Douw, Clearance warehouse

This is my last attempt writing to you.

You have failed to resolve my complaint in regards to your defected, wrong lounge suite delivered by yourselves on the 23rd of May, despite numerous e-mails, calls and attempts to get my refund even after you advised that you will exchange you still failed within your 14th Business day.

Yesterday marked the 15th Business day with no attempt to resolve my complaint with yourselves.

Layla I received your call at 09:19 this morning when you asked for my bank letter for our refund. No contact from your logistics team, there's now no response from your side yet your head office at midrand closes at 15:00

Your company does not keep up to it's business practices, nor processes.

My attorney, Monica Molapisi will be in touch with you. Your furniture store has not comp**** with applicable standards set out under the standards act 29 of 1993 and section 82 of the Consumer Protection Act that protects me as a consumer against unfair business trade.

You asked me to comply with your company's processes when yourselves did not comply with and failed to resolve my complaint in accordance to your stores processes.

Like I and my husband mentioned that we do not trust the conduct your your business anymore.

You guys have delayed in everything.

1. To resolve my complaint from day one 2. To exchange your defected lounge suit even after you have ensured us that within 14th business day you will exchange you still failed. 3. You were expected to collect and refund us today which we are still writing of the same song which it has not yet happend. 3. This is what we have mentioned to you before that we need this sorted out ASAP today.
