Poorest service delivery

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from this company. On the 26 November 2022 my parents purchased a lounge suite in cash from Durban store and was told that they would be delivered , to this current date we have not received the suite. As if that not disappointing enough I called the branch today to follow up , A lady by the name (Renae) not sure if i heard it correctly asked that she call drivers and get back to me . Which she also has not done. i have called the store on 10 different occasion , calling all the departments from customer care to sales . When i don't get through to the person that sounds very similar to Renae she is pretending to not hear me. This is poor behavior and very uncalled for. all i wanted to confirm was when they they be delivered so we avail ourselves. Its disgusting to think that this is kind of service one could receive. At this point I would prefer a full refund and go somewhere where my business is appreciated. Since nobody in the company has shown an courtesy to follow up.
