Poor service - Product - will not recommend.
A while ago (+- 2 yrs) we bought a double base and mattress from Clearance Warehouse Africa - and at the time the sales person mentioned that there is a 20yrs guarantee on the base and mattress. It sounded to good to be true but we went ahead and purchased the set. For the past week I've been trying to contact them - but to no avail. The base is squeaking and the mattress is starting to hollow out. What happened to after sales service? Or do they know about the issues and do not want to own up?

She is a pensioner and to buy a base and mattress again was a big deal for her, and obviously believed the ***** that **** to her. After contacting these guys, they confirmed they only give 1 year guarantee on all items. WATCH OUT for this place!! They obviously talk **** just to get sales and after 2 years their product is **** and (again) needs replacing.
