Poor service

In my life iv never experienced such a horrible service like I did with clearance warehouse Africa. I'm shocked by how customer service is non existent, I bought 2 wing arm chairs on the 20th November 2020 and only 1 was delivered on the 27th I'm no longer interested I need my refund now and then a different person would call me to ask me to send the invoice but none of them have the decency to get back to me I must follow it up only to be told call customer care so by the look of things they have a million complaints hence they can't handle dealing with more.
