Poor service ever never buy from them

Bought a corner sofa, was happy with the purchase but my couch became lower by day, I contacted clearance they collected it for repairs and it's been more than a month not getting feedback, the repairs manager texted me making promises but still have not received my repair back, I'm contacting him but now he ignores my calls. Poor service and disrespectful I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. As for their customer services employees a disgrace, they put me on hold without saying and I hold until I hang up.
