POOR SERVICE

Poor service, I laybyed an Ouray plasma tv stand on the 14/08/2020 at the Randburg because they did not have stock, so in a way i was booking and promised to get my order late September, i settled my balance before the end of September so my frustration is now we in the end of October and there is not direction on when i might get the product. Worse part is when i call is either the number don't go through or they hang up on me. I expect better service since I have already settled and its them who must deliver their promise. Regular updates would console me but i am the one chasing after them. Atleast tell me if you cant get that stock so i can get my refund and hunt for a stand elsewhere.
