Poor Service

I'm very disappointed with how the Centurion Branch operates. I made online payments for 2 Tub Chairs - Velvet Green (Order numbers #153458 & #153459) on 20th November 2022.

On the 3rd Jan 2023 I had to call and follow up on my order because they were just quiet, no communication none whatsoever. I spoke to Grace and she said she'd call me back to give me an update on the order. She never came back to me, so I had to call again this morning.

So they said I MIGHT only have my order at the end of the month. Had I not followed up when were they going to update me. I understand that there is a waiting period of 4 - 6 weeks but the waiting period has long passed. This was the 1st time doing business with them and it will definitely be the last. The service is terrible.
