Poor service

What a bad service I received from Newtown branch. I laybyed my couches in August and paid everything off in September. I was told that delivery will be made on the 10 of October but till today there's no delivery. I keep on calling them and they tell me that the factory is done and my couches will be delivered till now I'm still waiting . There is no correspondence from the shop I'm the one who constantly calls them yet they still don't deliver. I wait Sooo long on the phone n when they answer they will refer me to their head office which will also tell me that Newtown branch is processing my order. I am not happy at all today is the 10 Dec but was told my couches will be delivered 10 October. I'm not happy at all. My festive is ruined since I don't have any couches in my lounge. I told them I want my refund and still they take me from Pilar to Pilar. Poooor service I'm not happy at all. Worse they will give you wats up number which they answer after 2 days. Do something it's either my money or the product I ordered asap
