Poor service

Worst service ever, even starting to doubt they are operating a legal business.

I bought couches at their Durban , Umngeni branch on the 14th November. When I bought them, I was promised a delivery within 4 days. When I called them after 5 days, I was sent from pillar to post until I went there on the 6th day. My sales person , Kiasha, promised that they would be delivered in 10 days because the manufacturer was apparently swamped with orders and could not deliver on time.

After the 10 days , I was still not getting positive feedback. I went to the shop again and was promised a new date, the 8th December. I waited, to no avail. On the 8th, I went to the shop again because you never get any proper response on the phone. This day, the issue was referred to the manager, Veloshni Pillay and she also promised to have the issue resolved and feedback given before end of business.

Before end of business on the day, sent a message to her on whatsapp. She read the message and did not respond, up until now
