Poor quality couches
I enquired last week regarding poor quality couches, to my surprise CWA respond saying they have 1000 happy customers that include quality. which I don't understand how is it any of my business as I have tried to bring forward a problem i am facing with your products , i received these couches 2020 November. your product is so deficient that the quality deteriorates within months? I have been promised an inspection for the couches last week and I have still not been attended too. I would like to reiterate to new customers do not buy CWA couches under R25K you will regret it, they are made of cheap material and will not last you for long term or weeks go be exact i have used mine for 2 weeks but they are already falling apart. I can vouch for them their customer service is definitely 5/5 but their products 1/5. Looking for a positive feedback and not a comment about your 5 star ratings from other customers.
The inspector did witness the poor quality of the couches, which your team was informed accordingly. Inspector was advised to inform me that he will leave the couches and that the stock manager will be giving me a call.
Today is 05/10 since inspection date and I have not heard anything from your stock manager, i have been sending Whatsapp messages to your 082 number since 01/10, and i am being ignored, i called your customer care line yesterday and they said management are still making a decision and they will get back to me, i asked to speak to the so called management and they said that no they will give me a call.
I dont understand why accountability is not being taken for your poor quality couches, you are breaching your SLA.
As i have the proof that you do not give good quality furniture at affordable prices.
I need this sorted out this week ASAP.
