Poor products and customer service

After completing payment for the couches I purchased I had to wait about 3 weeks for the couches to be delivered. The couches were of poor quality and the seats would keep the shape they had when you were sitting on them. I then contacted them so they could fix the problem and they were collected. After two weeks I contacted them to check on when they're going to fix them and they said they were still fixing them so they can return them in "perfect quality".I ended up having to wait six weeks with no couches to sit on just for the couches to be returned while having the same problem. When I attempted to contact customer service once more on the 2nd of October and they said they would report back which they didn't do as I had to repeatedly contact them just to receive poor customer service on just none at all for two weeks. So to anyone thinking of purchasing on this store beware of the quality of the product and prepair for the poor customer service to follow.
