Poor delivery and communication.

On the second of Sep 2021 I bought couches on Lay-buy and I paid the outstanding balance on the 24th of December 2021. After the payment they promised to deliver the couches after 21 days. Today its the 14th of Feb 2022 and I still haven't the received the products. I have been communicating with Manager from Montana, he is so rude, ***********, a ****, very disrespectful and irresponsible. All I want is my couches or refund. The service I got from the Tshidiso (the manager) is disgusting. I need to lay a complaint against that guy. I spent so much money on airtime trying to reach the Montana branch. I even went to the branch to get some sort of feedback and my efforts were worthless.
