Poor customer service

Poor service. I contacted them numerous times to follow up as to when they will deliver my furniture. When I contacted the stock manager named Bernadette she asked me to send her an SMS, which I did and was ignored. I've sent x3 follow up sms's but am still being ignored. I haven't received a concrete answer as to when my furniture would be delivered. This is 5 weeks after my purchase and they promised delivery in about 2 weeks. I tried contacting the logistics department without any success. No communication from them at all.
