Poor customer service and indifference about the needs of customers.

I paid for a bluff leather 2 seater in full, on the 5th of June 2022. I was told to expect delivery within 4 weeks, the 4 weeks passed, I would follow up on my order weekly and get told they are awaiting feedback from their factory. I have given up on ever getting the item now they are dragging their feet with refunding me the R14000 I paid. Poor customer service overall.
