PATHETIC SERVICE, *******, ********

Do not EVER buy from this company. The service is pathetic to say the least.

I bought furniture from the company on 28 October 2022. Still to this day NO furniture.

I spoke to the guy who assisted me the day of my purchase via whatsapp NO answers what so ever.

I asked for a refund and they were MORE than willing to rather give me a refund than my furniture.

With no answers, lies and many whatsapp messages I decided to phone the customer care whereby I was PROMISED a call back the following day, weeks passed, I called again, same thing, no update no call NOTHING.

I called them for the 3rd time and they gave me a different number.

I contacted the manager of the stock department via Whatsapp and once more was promised that she’ll get back to me, still NOTHING.

I was promised that my furniture WILL be on the next truck to Bloemfontein, that was 2 weeks ago. Still like every other time NOTHING.

Then I was told I can expect a call yesterday for delivery, NOTHING. Then it was moved to this morning, NOTHING. I then contacted a lady from Bloemfontein and she told the delivery team to please call me regarding my delivery, I just received the call that the furniture is in Bloemfontein, but it unfortunately is not complete, there is still one wingback chair short.

My question now, will I have to wait another 3 months for the ONE wingback chair, will my furniture that did arrive maybe just be sold in store again, because CLEARLY there is NO customer service, no one can speak the truth as to where my furniture is, it is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I am furious, I am disappointed.

I honestly wish that no one will buy from the company because the don’t deserve to have any more customers.

This is ridiculous.
