Pathetic service, ***** and *****s!!!!

These people are *****s, incompotent and never keep to their promises. We ordered couches and dining room tables and chairs from them. Initially it was a massive struggle to get the goods delivered. Then not even one month after purchasing items the wooden feet of the chairs starting beeaking off one by one. We contacted them and they said they would get back. I requested that we be refunded for the chairs and exchange them for others made of steel . Everytime i phoned the buck got passed from person to another. The manager Ashley who initially assissted us, doesnt rven teply or come back to us. I find the service completely ludicrous especially for goods that are brand new. There are always excuses snd promises but nothing ever comes to light. They quick to take your money but other than that are pretty useless. I will never in my life buy from them and will inform people to avoid purchasing goods there.
