Pathetic service
I requested a refund on 11 December for an item and was guaranteed funds be back in my account within 7 working days. Upon following up on the 24/12 the agent requested my banking details again. I followed up again on 27,28 and 29 December and nothing has been received yet.This is absolutely pathetic. How should the client be following up and not get proper feedback.
