PATHETIC SERVICE
PATHETIC Service! I have been debited for furniture I don't have and have no idea when I will get it! I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE!
All they say is "we are within the lead time" or "we will call you back" and nobody calls you back. Sales consultant was amazing, helpful and gave fast feedback over Whatsapp when I was placing the order(29th September) but leaves me on read when I'm following up on my order delivery. Their terms and conditions say 4 weeks yet today I am told that I may receive my order middle of November! Nowhere in the T&Cs does it say business days! I am so disappointed in this company!!!
