Pathetic service and poor quality products.

Absolutely terrible service and quality from clearance warehouse springfield branch. I ordered 2 wingback chairs in october 2021. To my surprise 2 different chairs were delivered. When i queried it , i was told that they would collect it and deliver the correct chairs. After weeks and months of calling, e mailing and sending whatsapps, the chairs were never collected and replaced. After about 6 months the entire fabric on the chair started to tear. Yet again i e mailed and got no response. Absolutely pathetic service and quality of products. I would never recommend anyone purchase furniture from there. It is truly a waste of money. I have all the e mail communication , if clearance warehouse would like to me regarding this matter.
