PATHETIC SERVICE

Bought couches in January 15 at clearance warehouse cash. They said waiting period 21days today is the 21 of February still no couches tried to call last week. They said 1 couch was faulty.. Okay understandable.. But why dnt u even give a courtesy call to the buyer and tell them that there will be a delay.. I have since from last week been calling them ND then they ckeep on saying they will be calling me back spoke to pretty when she returns my call she will either tell me that management has knocked off they will call me tomorrow nobody even bothers to call.. I hv been since waiting for managemt to call since last week Thursday today out of my stupid self I decide to call they take my invoice number and tell me they are offline what kind of service is this this is really pathetic service I wudnt even advise anyone to buy from them
