Pathetic service

Bad service from the rude manager at Boksburg branch they failed to deliver my goods that I bought on the 20th November told him I want my refund he refused to tell me the turnaround time only today I was told they are out of stock. Pathetic service, clearly he doesn't even know what hes doing seeing that he kept blaming the warehouse and the finance department his final word was I bring the 1 chair that they delivered 1st
