Pathetic Service
The most pathetic service I have ever come across. Been waiting for 2 months for a replacement couch. I have emailed the CEO and Stock Manager and they are yet to respond. Clearly that don't value customers. I would never recommend them to any one. Customer Service Manager makes false promises frequently and doesn't follow up with customers.
