Pathetic service
We purchased a lounge set in Nov and received the incorrect product 2 weeks later. After numerous calls to their sales person we were promised delivery before Christmas. Christmas has gone and still no delivery. Numerous call later and promises to call back we have received no feedback. For company that prides themselves on service...is this the service you advertise?
