Pathetic customer service from Durban Springfield Branch

Worse service ever , I bought a dinning room suite (table and chairs) at Durban Springfield Branch Sept 2022. I was told that they will deliver in 21 working days. 21 days past with no communication or what so ever and seral times i contacted the store no feedback was given. When I finally got to speak to someone she told me that my sales person(Pakiso) was off for that day and nothing has been done with my order. A week after I phoned again to enquire about my order and cancelation process. They told me I should just send an email for cancelation, no apology or whatever was given. Yesterday the 5th still nothing was done or being said about my order, I then sent an cancelation email.
