Pathetic Customer Service

Please dont purchase from We Buy Furniture / Clearance Warehouse. I bought and paid cash for a couch in December 2022, waited until today with no delivery, then asked for my money back and to buy elsewhere.I then requested a refund in March 2023 and was advised that it was processed on the 12 of April 2023 but even today I havent recieved my money, I have been communicating with Devonia and she does not even reply to my massage or ignoring me. The message that I've recieved last mont it stated that my refund request documents were send to Luan Vale,Renice Hoft,Cossby Kubayi,Johanri Mosret ,Bernadette Van Merve,Henry Geoffrey Armstrong and *** and no one bothered to provide feedback regarding my refund .I am so disappointed with this Company
