Pathetic customer service

Couches were purchased and paid for in November 2022 told that delivery will take place by mid January 2023. Been given the run around from viloshni at the Springfield branch who is rude and can never answer questions asked of her. Contacted the supposed customer service manager Crosby numerous times to only be given the run around by him. To be told on the 30 March 2023 the items ordered have been discontinued but can't answer as to why an order placed in November 2022 cannot be delivered. Furthermore the exact same thing is advertised in the so called Easter cataloge. Keep being told paperwork for a refund will be sent but have not received anything. Viloshni who claims to be the store manager refused to acknowledge that the company is wrong and never seems to know anything
