Pathetic

Appalling service, we purchased 2 units and paid in full in October 2022, to date no furniture received and when I requested a full refund I was told " 30 day waiting policy" and the CPA gets thrown at me, well let me tell you. First of all I never received a formal or any invoice, secondly the goods was not delivered within the prescribed or reasonable time frame so as yourself clearance warehouse are you not in breach of the CPA! Lastly, if My money lay in your account for another 30 days, you will then owe me 4 months of interest. Go study the CPA again please before you use the act as an excuse. I refuse to wait any longer for my money.
