PATHETIC APALLING SERVICE
Absolutely disgusting service received from the Centurion branch. Since when does requesting information become harassment??? Ask Malcolm from the Centurion branch. Unhappy with the ********* behavior and remarks as well as the sales rep practices Non disclosure then it becomes the customer's fault and one has to beg for feedback and time frames. Be weary to hear "it will be done in our time according to company policies and procedures" so place your life on hold until they decide to actually assist you. Absolutely pathetic. They deserve a minus rating. Very bad experience. Won't recommend this to be a place to shop. Customer service is non existent and mannerisms are out the door.

19 Mar 2022, 21:00Well what do you know items picked up and refund done less r250 for picking up the items. I was told that the issue of the r250 would be resolved today. Well trust them not to deliver yet again. Clarice ensured the items were fetched and Crossby ensured the refund was done. But where is my feedback and my refund for the picking up of items??? One needs to ask is this really service? Are the staff of clearance warehouse centurion really delivering on their promises or is it a scheme to get the customer out of their hair? I am absolutely disgusted that such low levels can be stopped to especially in these trying times. I thought that I would give the benefit of the doubt. Wrong choice made. Terrible service. Still won't recommend shopping here as the customer will be held liable for costs of staff mistakes.
